I had the opportunity to attend Q3 Workshop in Melbourne, and doing BodyBalance 66 with the Melbourne instructors!
It was an awesome experience, I'd say! The workshop is held in Virgin Active Bourke St, and I didn't manage to snap many photos because apparently, photography is not permitted in the gym (like wtf!)..

How about a selfie?
Walking to Fitness First QV after BodyBalance session.. damn the cold chilly Melbourne weather that day! FFQV is the nearest FF to Bourke St which is just 5 minutes walk next road but thanks to the chill breeze, it was a pain in the ass to walk in just tank and shorts!
